Abstract

Espace Canopy, the American University of Paris, and the D.Rad Consortium are proud to present D.Rad ‘Complicating the narrative (in a time of false simplicity)’, an exhibition that unites the work of six international artists who address the political, cultural, and social radicalisation of individuals around the globe and, using the universal language of art, comment on and highlight pathways towards resolution and reintegration. Curated by Dr. Maggie Laidlaw, the exhibition endeavours to challenge the ‘us-versus-them’ construct by unpacking overlapping elements of identity.
